{desc=Chey/Open}Chey sneezed and groaned as the sneeze sent sparks of pain throughout her head. She sniffled and cringed at the sound. She hated being sick. It always looked and sounded disgusting. Not to mention that there were all those germs flying around the place.
The red-haired mutant collapsed on the couch, a box of tissues in hand. Plucking one out of the box, she rubbed at her nose. God, she hated being sick. She couldn't do anything when she was sick. She could barely drag herself out of bed, even when it was something as simple as a cold. The only thing that was worth getting out of bed for when she was sick was some toast and chicken soup.
Chey blew her nose, grimacing at the sound and how it echoed around the lounge. The dancer glanced around the lounge, examining it for the first time in weeks. It was a nice place, she decided. The couches were long enough for her to take a nap on, thankfully. That meant that she didn't have to trek up the stairs to her room. Even the slightest movement sent jolts of pain throughout her aching body and head. Not moving as much as possible was the best remedy for her right now. She could only hope this cold would go away soon.
The mutant shivered and looked around for the nearest blanket. Plan "Camp Out In The Lounge Until It Was No Longer Painful To Move" was clearly a go. Chey set her bowl of soup down on the nearest table and grabbed the blanket off of a nearby chair. Moving as little as possible, she finally figured out a way to curl up in the blanket with only her head showing. She closed her eyes as the extra layer provided some much needed heat before sneezing again. A groan echoed around the room as her head began to feel like it was going to explode.
