Sex sex and more sex appeal. The playboy Millionaire known as Tony Stark can't walk down a street without most women's pants dropping or their hands slapping him across the face. His hair is a stylizd messy look, and his facial scruff makes him perfectly look like a man, not a boy, adding to that wondrous sex appeal. The every man's man, when not wearing expensive high class suits to business meetings or court hearings, he's more often wearing a T-shirt and jeans, the shirt typically some sort of metal or rock band t-shirt. For when he really wants to make the girlies wet, he'll also add on a pair of reflective sunglasses.

Power Corrupts Absolutely
Power Origin: Technological Invention
Powers:
Tony Stark has no in born natural powers of his own, most originating from his Iron man Suit. Currently he is in the process of conditioning with S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents to protect his mind from telepaths. The powers that he has originating from his suit are as follows (Categorized for convenience sake):
Offensive powers
Repulsor Rays: Particle beam rays who’s origins are situated on the palms of the gauntlets. Power and lethality can vary in degrees, but standard is the ability to repel physical and energy based attacks of most origins. The beam can be a fixed, concentrated beam or can be spread in a wide field dispersals ray that has shorter range but can hit more targets. As said, power and lethality can range between firing a 2 gigawatt beam or beams powerful enough to fire into the high petawatt region, and can be set to cut through 2 inches of steel easily or blast a hole into and straight through the side of a mountain.
Unibeam: An upgraded version of the original monobeam, the unibeam is located and originates from the arc projector on the chest of the iron man suit (And by proxy on tony stark’s own human chest). It can tuned to varying power degrees, lessening it to the ability to use it simply as a harmless spotlight or upped to a deadly and powerful laser that destroys nigh anything it hits. Shorter range than the Repulsor rays, but much more damage potential.
Lasers: Small focused particle beams that can be used as miniature weapons or as welding equipment. Typically used as the later. Greatly reduced in power from the Repulsor rays but has much greater precision.
Pulse Bolts: Extremely powerful plasma discharges that grow in strength exponentially over distance. Risks the chance of overloading and imploding, causing damage to Tony and anyone else who is in the range. Rarely used.
Energy Blade: A focused and short but wide laser sword originating from Tony’s left arm. The sword itself can be flattened and spread further to create a protective energy shield, or even spread over the entire suit to encase it in an energy based protective coating. Decently powerful.
Pulse Barrage: The most standard of Tony’s powers, due to a very low power consumption. An electrical discharge that strikes foes at long distance. Upgraded versions that utilize more power can strike through foes including the ones behind them and even ricochet off walls.
Nanobots: Miniaturized robots on the nanite scale. Can be released to wreck havoc on most other machines and tear into the armor, allowing access to the sensitive insides. Despite nanoscopic in size, still has a limited supply on hand at any point.
Freon Stream: In essence compressed Freon air trapped inside the arm gauntlets. Short range mist spray that can freeze the air in front of him and anything in the area. Quite Chilly.
Smart Missiles: Small missiles capable of specialized targeting to take out weak points in structures, objects, or foes by inflicting maximum damage with minimal payload. Obviously, they're smarter than Dumb bombs. Still not MIT level though.
Misslebox: The design is fundamentally similar to an assault helicopter’s rocket pack, but modified to fit into Iron Man’s armor. Holds several missiles and up to eight different types of rockets of varying functions, from anti-tank to mini-nukes. Each missile is capable of targeting several targets at once and firing in the blink of an eye, reaching mach 2 in under 5 seconds.
Omnibeam: A multi-use attack. The beam can be used to fire energy types not typical of the others, and can instead generate heat up to 25232 degrees Fahrenheit, lights that can cause irreversible blindness, and emitting ultrasonic attacks that can temporarily cause deafness in an enemy as well, even if they are superhuman. The beam can also be fired, however, by drawing in energy from outside the suit and converting it into billions of petawatts and firing.
Hyper-Velocity Impact: A specialized program allowing Tony to think, process, and move at a much faster rate than everyone else. Allows him to make quicker attacks and better judgment at dodging. At high enough speeds, it can create and electrical bubble.
Plasma Discharge: Any time the suit comes in contact with something made of Vibranium, it releases a plasma discharge as both an offensive and defensive maneuver. Cap has since learned to leave the Shield at home when angry because of this. Stark likes the party favor quality of it.
Defensive Powers
Crystalized Iron Armor: The Iron Man armored suit is made of iron aligned in a crystalline matrix enhanced by magnetic fields over titanium alloys. It is pliable, but resilient and capable of high damage protection. It is extremely durable and can withstand tremendous amount of blunt force impact punishment. The suit itself can withstand blow from high caliber bullets, and can withstand the force of a rockets, missiles, torpedoes and lasers, taking little to no damage. It is also highly resistant but not immune to energy attacks like electricity, fire, or energy blasts. There is some radiation shielding, allowing Tony to be able to survive anything short of a nuclear explosion at ground zero. The suit also has defensive measures against hazardous conditions light deep ocean waters and outer space vacuum. The armor also features an energy shield capable of protecting Tony from harm, and t 2% power can withstand a nuclear explosion on the outermost fringes with no damage.
Support Powers
Superhuman Attributes: The suit’s power grants Tony Superhuman strength and speed, allowing him to lift over 100 tons above his head when wearing the armor, and allows Tony to travel at high speeds on foot and make quicker reactions. This is ONLY while in the suit, as outside the suit Tony's human. He's still decently quick though.
Flight: Specialized jet propulsion boots allow Tony the ability of flight in suit. Typically, the suit reaches it’s perceived peak of about Mach 8, but Tony has never stated that this was the actual peak speeds, and has possibly hinted of being able to travel much faster. Combined with the superhuman strength, the boots can alow for lifting up to 500 tons.
Energy Conversion Power Recharge: The suit is capable of absorbing nearby kinetic and heat energy and convert it into electrical energy for use of powering the suit up or recharging the batteries. Essentially, if he grabs an open wire, he can use it to power himself up. Nuclear blasts? Well, not tried yet.
Magnetism: By the use of powerful electromagnets, The armor can be used to push or pull metal objects at will. He's still not as powerful as Magneto with this. Not to mention even magneto doesn't understand how magnets work. Oh wait, yeah he does.
Jarvis: A specially designed onboard artificial Intelligence system, Jarvis is capable of providing stratagies for combat situations, background information on opponents that it’s able to get a facial lock of, on the current status of the suit, and information on the current surroundings. Jarvis also is able to scramble signals to prevent lock on from missiles and other targeting apparatuses.
Sensor Systems: Various Heads-up-Display sensors including but not limited to: Radar/Lidar, Night Vision, Environmental scans, magnometer, and physiological/medical scans. These sensors allow Iron man to be able to quickly interpret the data on surroundings and nearby people, including heart rate and brain scans in the medical system, as well as a scan of his own vitals. Quite useful in the right applications. Yes, seeing into the woman's locker room is totally a legit reason.
Invisibility: Through a combination of various techno logistics, the Iron man suit is able to cloak itself in an invisible shield for a short amount of time. It is untraceable even by Night vision and infrared scans, and has noise reduction filters to create total silence. It could put the Invisible Woman to shame.
Holographic Decoys: Holographic projects of Tony Stark in the Iron Man suit that are untraceable. They are projected to look real and show no trace of origin, but have no physical composition. Useful for, as the name implies, decoys.
Override: When in a desperate situation, Tony can override the safety circuits and limiters put in place in the suit by inputting the right command and greatly increase the power of all other offensive, defensive, and support powers. The range of the override implications can go anywhere from a safe 800% to a very dangerous 5000%.
Weaknesses:
The Iron Man armor may be nigh impenetrable, but Tony himself is not. At all times Tony has to wear the chest plate arc reactor, which prevents him from dying from the piece of metal shrapnel that is in his heart. If the power to the arc reactor ever stops, Tony has only a few moments to live before the shrapnel kills him. At times, due to being at low power, Tony has had to discharge from a fight and seek a means of increasing power to his suit, or risk being unable to use the suit and dying from the arc reactor losing power. If Tony is out of his suit, he runs the risk of dying like any other mortal man by any other means.
The Suit itself is one of multiple, but are still confined to three locations for putting the suit on, as it requires vast technological arrays to assemble the suit over him. The first option is his home in the garage workshop, and is one of the quickest means of assembling the suit on himself. The second is the S.H.I.E.L.D. carrier, but is impractical if Tony is not able to reach the carrier to put the suit on. The third is a briefcase that Tony carries. While making it so the suit is portable, the suitcase is much slower than the other arrays, and can take longer to assemble the full suit on Tony, meaning he must find a safe place to put it on first, or run the risk of being attacked in mid assembly.
Tony himself is an alcoholic, and has issues with combating his need for alcohol and his duties. More than once he has taken his suit for a joy ride when drunk and not remembered doing so, only to wake up in some random state in the U.S. or possibly over seas. This has caused issues in his relationships, both with women as well as friends, and has many times increased or created tensions between teammates from his drunken rages. Tony also suffers from psychological issues due to father issues, and often times tries to place himself in a completely different category than his father, Howard Stark. This has also been the cause for his alcoholism.
A specialized weakness also runs whenever Tony is forced to override the safety precautions in his suit. While it increases power output, it runs the risk of overloading systems in the suit. Tony has damaged suits before by keeping them in override for too long, but if the suit runs at max override for too long, the suit itself runs the risk of a possible meltdown and causing the death of Tony.
Getting to the Root of the Problem
Personality:
Tony Stark, Billionaire playboy genius with an affinity form wine, women, and super powered armored suits. Believe it or not, that summarizes the man known to many as Iron Man quite well. While one of the symbols of American freedom and power, Tony is more than a goody two shoes in an armored flight suit. In suit, he does all he can to solve whatever issue requires his force, sometimes forgetting the issue of discrepancy. Other times he follows the rule of “There’s no kill like overkill”, and will freely blast everything in front of him. And let’s not even get into when he gets drunk and flies in suit.
Out of suit, Tony is the symbol of Stark Industries, and one of the richest men in America, if not the world. His antics and ability to woo most women into bed with him at saying only three words have been plastered across tabloids coast to coast, and his drunken antics have sometimes shown that Tony is not always the ideal protector of America. This doesn’t much bother Tony Stark, who when not partying is usually doing some sort of inventing or tinkering with his suit, but others who associate with him, such as the Avengers or S.H.I.E.L.D. tend to have something to say against the headlines.

- Morgan Stark (Cousin)
Background:
The man known as Tony Stark is the son of the industrial genius and inventor Howard Stark, and early in his life demonstrated his old man’s similar talents for mechanical genius. By 15, Tony had already enrolled in an undergrad program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering. This became a Double major in Physics and Engineering eventually, and at 21, he has inherited his father’s business of Stark Industries. In only a few short years after taking it over, Stark Industries, and thereby Stark, became one of the top companies that the US contracted for weaponry and munitions. But just being the Genius Billionaire Playboy Philanthropist he is wouldn’t be enough for this man, whether he liked it or not.
After going to Vietnam to supervise a field test of one of his weapons for the military, Stark decided to play life hard and fast and ignore concerns for safety and security, causing him to find a booby trap by tripping upon it. A tiny piece of Shrapnel was lodged into his chest, and while knocked out and gravely injured, Stark was captured by communists and held captive. He wasn’t the only one captured, as it seems the Leader Wong-Chu had also captured renowned Processor Ho Yinsen, an Oriental Physicist. It was here he learned his ultimatum: Create a powerful weapon to destroy America, and he will be given surgery to fix a small issue with that shrapnel in his heart, ready to kill him at any moment. A Nice sentiment, but clearly a blatant lie. Stark was smarter than that, and knew making a weapon for them would still mean his death. Even if they were nice and took out that shrapnel, they’d probably kill him after just for comedy.
So, Stark being the gambling man he is, took the third door: He worked alongside Ho Yinsen to make a suit of metal armor to break out, and create a pacemaker like device to save himself. After a time, he did eventually accomplish this, but not without Ho Yinsen sacrificing himself to let Stark power up long enough. After escaping, he encountered US Marine James Rhodes, and escaped back with him while fighting off communists and eventually making it out of that Vietnam hell. He reduced the chest piece pacemaker drastically once back home so it could be concealed, and revealed he would be manufacturing and selling the “Human Machine” suit eventually through Stark Industries.
This changed later when some thieves tried to steal parts, and Stark donned the suit to stop them. The experience caused Stark to realize just how powerful this streamlined version of the Iron Armor was, and immediately retracted all plans to sell it to the public. Instead, while at a New York tennis match in Forest Hills, Stark ended up donning the suit to protect people from terrorists out of urging from his then fiancé Joanna Nivena, and became publicly known as a hero named Iron man. What grew from this was at first a private identity that was supposed to be a hired bodyguard, then eventually a publicly known identity and a change of heart. Stark Industries stopped producing armaments, Iron man joined the Avengers, and SHIELD took notice. His Alcoholism grew to intense levels and he still combats it to this day, but combating the evils of this world as Iron Man is often much more fun too. And of course there’s all the lovely women of the world.

- Industrial Genius: Tony is an abstract thinker ranked above genius level and considered a prodigy by everyone. He is constantly inventing and reinventing technology in new and unorthodox ways. He is ranked amongst the top three smartest people in the world and is able to use his remarkable genius in ingenious ways in suit for combats by thinking far outside of the box.
- Expert Businessman: In the business world, Stark is one of, if not the most respected man. He is savvy enough to speak on matters that will influence any potential partner or buyer, and has such influence due to having built up a multimillion dollar enterprise from virtually nothing. He strives to be green and eco friendly in his designs, going as far as to have fired an employee for making a very profitable, but illegal sale to Doctor Doom.
- Skilled Combatant: Even out of suit Tony is a formidable opponent, having received training from Captain America in unarmed combat. Both in and out of suit Tony can handle his own, and when in armor, can deliver a punch equal in strength to a steel ball traveling 3500ft/sec.
- Inbdomitable Will: While Tony currently is an alcoholic, he has given it up before and lasted quite a long time on sheer force of willpower alone. In any situation, Stark fights until he is broken, but his will is never broken, often arising from defeat even stronger than before.
