Adhmar sat in his room bored out of his mind. Zafir was having another one of his therapy sessions with Emma and Chey was nowhere to be found so he found himself stuck in his room. That was rather rare for the Brazilian teen but since his last run in with Forge he didn't even risk going into the city with the off chance that he may end up being late for curfew...again. He couldn't watch tv, he had finished all of his homework, and he was constantly texting so it was nothing much to that. Then the idea came to him...
Jumping up from his bed the teen mutant changed from his clothes into his training uniform. Not the official one but his own official one. He didn't want to risk destroying the school issued one. He had gone through a few of them as it was. He pulled his long jet black hair into a ponytail and threw on his training boots. He would go to the edge of the school grounds that meet with the forest and do some practicing. His personal training sessions with Storm had been going great. His endurance had pretty much increased tenfold from his initial training when he arrived at the school. His ability to fly and multitask had also increased greatly. Adhmar had truly come a long way and if he continued on this path would become a formidable adversary.
Running down the stairs and out the front door the teen made his way to his own danger room. The students weren't allowed in the actual danger room without a teacher or unless it was a sanctioned practice session and he didn't really feel like looking for an adult to grant him access so he often times came to the edge of the grounds where the damage would be "minimal." He often would go deep into the woods and use trees as his targets as not to cause risk to the school.
Entering into the shaded wooded area Adhmar took a deep sigh. He was clearing his mind so he could focus on the task at hand. He was also trying to sense any imbalances within the area around. He took a deep breath and smiled as he couldn't "sense" anything off at all and continued his journey. Finally finding the perfect spot he started stretching. As he was about to place the ear buds from his headphones that were attached to his iPhone he heard twigs snap further back...They snapped to hard for it to be an animal unless it was a deer or something but the snapping was too heavy. Turning around to check the area he didn't see anything so he returned to his impromptu training session with himself...
