Appearance: Jamie has a slender yet not a runway ready figure. She doesn't have the perfect hourglass figure yet she isn't too plump. She is 5'11 and only weighing 123 pounds which gets her parents overly worried but it isn't any medical disability it's just her metabolism working to fast. Jamie has a few curves in her body but none that make any guy ogle her, at least in her opinion. She has long curly black hair that she keeps in a French braid that goes down the right side of her neck and over her shoulder and stops right before her ribcage. Her hair when it isn't in a braid goes down to her belly button. Jamie has silvery-grey eyes that shine in the night a little and can kind of creep someone out. Jamie is tan and wears glasses/contacts. If her contacts fall out, which is often some weeks and some weeks not, she puts on her glasses so that she can see. She has really bad eyesight. Jamie usually wears jeans and a tank-top and then some converse.
*Uniform: Jamie wears black leggings that are super durable, somehow she made a material that is really hard to break. Over the black leggings, she wears a white mini-skirt that is soft to the touch yet, again, is hard to rip, even for the ones who are super-strong. Jamie also wears a black tank-top that is also made of this material but isn't quite as soft as her mini-skirt. Finally, Jamie wears a black jacket with a white embroidery line that is right beside the slits for her wings.

Powers:
1. Seeing the Past/Future of someone just by reaching out to their mind - Jamie can reach someone's mind by thinking about them, and if they are close to her, in relationship status, then it is easier for her to reach their minds. Sometimes she has to be looking at them, it doesn't matter if they are looking back at her, though.
2. Telepath - She can read, and talk into, someone's mind if they are in an aproximant location if she doesn't know the person very well. If she knows someone well then it is very easy for her to read their mind even from far away distances. She can also send out telepathic blasts that can knock the person away.
3. Mind control - Jamie can only let it last for about an hour before she passes out but she also has to look straight into the person's eyes at first for it to connect. Once they are under her control, she can tell them to do something and they will do and she doesn't have to look directly at them. If their will is strong enough sometimes they can break control before the hour, or when she decides to let go, is up.
4. Flight (With her wings) - She has black wings and everyone things it's how she travels into the past or future of someone becuase of the way she feels when she enters. She feels like she traveling at light's speed and that's not even an exageration. When she has to hide her wings she folds them up and puts a shirt over them even though sometimes it hurts. Her wings are 14 feet wide from end to end so about 7 feet on each wing.
Weaknesses:
Jamie has tons of weaknesses, mainly being her weight. Most people think of her as fragile and she is, when she is doing to much or being too active or using her powers to much, her metabolism goes way to fast for her and she starts growing weak and loosing too much weight. Another weakness, would be her hyperventilating problem. She doesn't get to have many friends because she hyperventilates so much that people think that something is wrong with her, which there is. If she uses her powers to much, it can cause her to faint or worse which isn't very good for her. She get's overwhelmed and it makes her faint also. Jamie is very stubborn, like too stubborn for her own good, and will not back down from a fight if she feels like it's worth fighting for.

Jamie is smart, cunning, stubborn, creative, can get easily upset over the right thing, and then sometimes is a complete mess. She is very sensitive over some things that most people would NEVER ask. She can't handle pressure very well and if many people are asking her questions she can hyperventilate or yell at them and storm off. She is very brave though when it comes to acts of...talking out to a teacher who thinks they are right when they are completely wrong. Or she will take the blame for something she DID do when someone tries to say they did it. Jamie is bright young student who doesn't like being told what to do when it comes to other students or when what they teacher tells her to do is very stupid and doesn't even make any sense. She is easily pulled into arguments over things that most people wouldn't care about. She can get overwhelmed by simple things, like when a friend is talking to fast and she can't quite get to understand what they mean. Jamie is also very kind and helpful to those who need help or ask for help.
She is very protective of her friends and other X-Men and when someone insults her or someone she knows, she will not question to use her powers on them. She is quick to act, which is a good thing in battle. Yet in some cases, she can be helpful with a well thought out plan. She loves to read and loves to write and most people thing that she can be quite odd. She has this instinct towards other creatures, like animals, that she can't control. She knows when the animal is hurt or hungry or something. She understands them in a way most humans don't. It's not a power because she doesn't completely understand them, like she doesn't know what they are thinking. It's more like a sixth sense. And over the years, Jamie has gotten her emotions under control, even though sometimes they aren't very good.

When Jamie was born, Ava and James thought she was going to be a boy so her name would've been James Ravenlord the second. When she was born they didn't know what to name her and they couldn't decide between Avery and Jamie so they decided to choose both. As Jamie got older her wings started growing in and when she talked to people sometimes she would answer questions without them asking the questions. She was called a freak so many times, Jamie doesn't remember how many times. While her parents tried their best to help her and understand her problems when she got sever headaches just by using her powers or she'd go void by accidentally going into the future or past of someone and she'd pass out.
As time passed, Jamie was sent to live with her Grandmother. Her Grandmother, who insisted on being called Grandmother and called Jamie: Avery, instead of Jamie, lived in the woods but was also a teacher so that Jamie could have fourth grade education. Jamie was only nine when she moved to her Grandmother's and at first she hated her but as time grew, Jamie almost loved her Grandmother more than her parents. But one day when she was ten. A man came and went to kill Jamie because of he powers. When he couldn't find her, he went after her Grandmother instead. Jamie heard the shouts in her Grandmother's mind and flew to her. As a little girl, she didn't know much about fighting but knew enough, though, that she could defend herself over this male. She sent out a telepathic blast that shot him away from her Grandmother but not before he was able to stab her. Jamie looked at the male and then at the knife. Jamie grabbed the knife and the man went after her. She did what she thought was the only option left. She stabbed the man.
When her Grandmother went to the hospital, she gave her a necklace. It was of wings and there were black diamonds and clear diamonds, real ones. "I want you to have it because, you were my Guardian Angel back there." Her Grandmother died not even five minutes after that. And a year later, Jamie was going to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. She had thought it was amazing that she wasn't alone. After all, she had been alone for years.

She exclaimed to herself. "Stupid! Should've folded them up and tapped them or something!" Jamie let out an exasperated sigh. "Whatever." She got her jeans on and her black tank top on. She looked around the room with another sigh. She closed her eyes and counted to ten. She was getting upset over a stupid lamp. The other X-Men would understand.... It happened all the time with her. Jamie sighed and opened the door. She glanced around as she walked to the kitchen. She grabbed a glass and poured some milk in it. She quickly drank it and then put water inside it and drank that slowly. Jamie frowned and looked around. "Where is everyone?" She asked herself.
Jamie went outside and started flying around. She wanted to see if anyone else was around. No such luck. "Hm. Where could they be?" She asked herself. Jamie closed her eyes as she landed and started reaching out with her mind to someone...anyone. Jamie found them and started walking over to where they were.
