Background:
Mark Suvian a genius in the field of nanorobotics and weapons technology wanted more than anything to have a son. Unfortunately due to the chemical exposures over the years and experimental surgeries that had been performed he was barren. This led Mark to study his own DNA and make alterations to it in a lab setting. If Mark could not have a son normally a son could be created in a lab.
Mark experimented and eventually hired the services of a female bounty hunter known as the Raven to be the 'mother' for the son. Using her DNA and his own Mark was able to create the son in the lab. Mark accidentally spilled some experimental chemicals into the concoction that would provide his son with a greater intellect than he himself possessed. Among the chemicals was a liquid Energy that he had been working on making stable.
The liquid energy caused Jeff's body to give off massive amounts of radiation and so because his son would need to control it Mark attempted brain surgery on his son to provide him the means of controlling the liquid energy when he became about seven. The surgery was a success and Mark also implanted a chip inside the brain of his son. The chip would upload amounts of information to his brain and keep making him smarter.
When Jeff Solaris became seven years of age he was put through rigorous physical education by his 'mother' and others hired by his dad. The physical education lasted until he was twelve and included such things as Katanas, hand to hand combat, kunai knives, smoke bombs, throwing stars and daggers in addition to bo-staffs. Jeff would be stronger than his dad had been and Mark saw to that via the physical training and the Quick Education Device he had implanted inside the brain of his son.

Weapons:
Nova Blade: One of the weapons designed by Mark Solaris. This is made out of a mix of iron, along with some lead and appears to be a sword handle. It can project various blades of radiation including a long sword, katana or other similar ones. This is always kept on his person inside or outside of his costume should the need arise for him to use it. It appears to be a light-saber hilt. This has been covered with special sprays that makes it undetectable to metal detectors.
Gloves: These gloves are made out of fabric but have been enhanced with microcircuits allowing them to enhance the strength of the wearer. What this means is that he can punch with up to 5 tons of force maximum. The gloves cover up to the elbow. They are also shock absorbent to a degree. These are also sprayed like the Nova Blade or blaster.
Blaster: A blaster made to shoot his radiation. It is made out of a composite of iron and steel along with a hint of lead. It like the gloves or Nova Blade is made impervious to metal detectors by special sprays being applied to it.
Equipment:
Suit: The suit of Jeff's appears to be a jump-suit. Colored white and red this drains off his radiation and converts it into power. The suit can shoot beams of energy out of the palms that deal as much damage as a punch to the mid section would. The suit is bullet, puncture and laser resistant. The suit also comes with a helmet that is activated when the robotic attachment to it connects.
Solomon: Solomon is a robot that was designed to serve as a control mechanism for the suit and also as an advisor to Jeff. Solomon possesses the ability to shoot a burst of energy from it's eye and that is about it. It can however control the suit.
Hover Bike: A hover bike that is made out of normal Earth materials. The hover bike is not armed with any weapons systems whatsoever, but is made for maximum maneuverability. It is also made to handle his radiation and will not short out when exposed to it.
