{desc=[[Trinity, Omega]]}Grand Central Station
8pm
If the world ever ran out of terrorists and nutjobs Bobbie would have to return to her old career. But that was never going to happen, at least not in her lifetime. That could be taken as pessimism, but it was truth. There was too much hatred and ignorance in people for the violence to ever cease, and usually it was over the dumbest reasons. A couple of minutes ago SHIELD got a call from local authorities informing me them of a serious threat at the Grand Central Station. A group of pissed off and highly volatile mutants had barged in the place with nothing but ill intent for the building and all of its occupants. One of them, the largest of the group, had a strange looking device strapped to his back. As luck would have it, said device was a bomb that was going to go off in the next 30 minutes if SHIELD did not get there in time. What exactly was their reason for this? They were mutants so it was safe to assume that they wanted to pay back society for the way they had been treated throughout their lives.
Bobbie could sympathize because she was a mutant as well, but this was not the way to go about it. These people had to be stopped before so many lives were lost. She along with several agents loaded up in a quinjet and sped toward the station. She checked her weapons one last time just as the aerial vehicle landed. The field leader stood up, placing his loaded gun in its holster before speaking. “Listen up. Intel says we’ve got six mutants inside with a bomb. Their abilities are unknown outside of one pyrokinetic. Caution is a must. Spectrum, Trinity, and Omega, you’re Bravo Team. I want you ladies to enter through the back while the rest of us try to take them from the front. Let’s keep this clean and prevent as many casualties as possible. Lethal use is authorized, but try to take them in alive.” The hatch opened. “Alright people let’s move it!”
Bobbie stepped out of the quinjet and immediately activated her infrared vision. ”Wow that is a lot of hostages.” So many different body temperatures clouded her vision. She returned her eyes to normal as the team moved along to their entry point. ”Well ladies, let’s get this done.”
