The order gave warning to what was coming, so the young man erected a green dome that prevented the incoming wave of bullets from injuring him. ”You are going to have to do so much better than that to bring me down,” said Julian as a smile appeared on his face. It was hilarious to him to see how much ammo his assailants were wasting when it was quite obvious that they weren’t going to make a dent in his barrier.
”Keep smiling, freak. All we have to do is keep at it until you get exhausted, and while we have you pinned down the rest of my men are taking care of your mutant friends.”
This statement did more than just inform Julian what was going. It infuriated him that they were going after his classmates, and with that rise in anger his hand were brought up above his head which was followed by everything and everyone around him began to slowly levitate off the ground. ”Does it look like I am easily exhausted,” asked Julian as the gunfire stopped.
Clapping his hands together, Julian brought everything that his powers had grabbed a hold of together over his head, which was followed by a lot of grunts and cries of pain. ”You picked the wrong mutant to upset,” he said as slammed the mass of armed villain and random objects down on the ground. The impact seemed to make the entire area shake, and it shook so much that Julian somehow ended up on the ground with his blanket over his head.
Blanket? How did his blanket end up outside of the school? Pushing himself off the ground, Julian saw that he had been using his powers while asleep again, and now his room was a mess. ”I have got to get heavier furniture.”

Appearance:
Julian is a guy of average height that is in pretty decent shape from working out, but he isn't one of the intense athletes. He has dark black hair that he tends to keep short unless he gets busy and forgets to manage his appearance, so it will get long and you won't be able to see his blue eyes. His skin is tanned as he spends quite a bit of time outside, which is mostly spent flying around the school. He stands up straight with a smug smile on his face, and for some reason he moves his hands when he talks.
As far as clothing goes, Julian tends to wear whatever fits with the season. During spring and fall, he will wear t-shirts and cargo pants with the shirts being primarily red, but as fall gets closer to winter he will wear a jacket. Winter is when he breaks out the turtleneck sweaters and scarves, but Julian still wears cargo pants. When it is summer, he will put on t-shirts and cargo shorts, and naturally he completes the outfit with a pair of sunglasses.

Power Corrupts Absolutely
Power Origin: Mutant
Powers:
Julian is a very powerful telekinetic that is capable of doing many things. For instance, he is able to use his powers on anything from something as small as a pebble to as large as a truck. His telekinetic powers allow him to move, levitate and manipulate anything that he wants to, and he can even use his powers to make himself fly. When in danger, Julian is capable of using his powers to create shields or project blasts of telekinetic energy, and his particular energy appears as bright shade of green which appears around anything that he uses his powers on. He is also capable of reinforcing punches, kicks and every other form of melee tactic with telekinetic energy to increase the damage delivered.
At the moment, Julian has a series of mental blocks in place that prevent him from accessing all the power that he has accessed to. When those blocks are gone, he will be able to do everything he did before, but it will be too easy for him which will lead to some complications. An example would be trying to pick up a book from a shelf and accidentally bringing the entire bookcase to him. He will also be able to manipulate things on a molecular level.
Weaknesses:
Due to the fact that his powers are controlled by his mind, Julian requires a great deal of focus to get anything done while using telekinesis, which means he can’t let a hot girl in a short skirt interfere with him trying to move a chair across the room. His powers are also connected to his emotions, so when he gets upset he will subconsciously send things flying around the room. At the moment, Julian has to see what it is that he is trying to move or else he could pull it apart, pick up the wrong object or have no effect on it whatsoever.
Another problem that he has is that he is a little too reliant on his powers, so if they were to be blocked or taken away then he would pretty much be useless in a life or death situation. Julian is also overconfident in his abilities, so he will occasionally put too much on his shoulders.
Getting to the Root of the Problem
Personality:
Like most teenage boys, Julian believes that he is unstoppable, and his powers don't help to prove him wrong. He flies headfirst into danger already thinking that he can handle anything that comes his way, and it has led to him getting into some trouble over the years. He is also someone who feels the need to control things, which is why he tries to take charge of most situations when he is able to. He wants to be a leader, but he is too impatient to realize that sometimes he needs to follow. Naturally, he has trouble with others bossing him around, and he won't hesitate on telling them that. Needless to say, school is something that has been a thorn in his side for a while now, but even though he dislikes the classroom Julian is fairly intelligent.
As a powerful mutant, Julian can be kind of rude toward mutants with powers he considers to be useless, but ironically he is quick to defend any mutant from those that would seek to do them harm. Obviously, there is an anger in him that can be easily sparked by the slightest comment. As expected, Julian does find a certain type of girl appealing, but he is too afraid of letting someone get close to him to actually admit it to the girl in question.
Family:
- Elizabeth Keller
- William Keller
- James Keller
Background:
Born in Beverly Hills, Julian is the second child of Elizabeth and William Keller and young brother to James Keller. Growing up, Julian had absolutely everything that he could want as his parents were quite wealthy, but he still acted up as if he had nothing. He rejected the rules of how someone of his status should act, and his parents did their best to keep all his acts out of the public eye. Unfortunately, having a vast fortune did not keep the Kellers from seeing their thirteen year old son in their brand new car driving well over the speed limit with four squad cars on his tail, and when he was stopped all that Julian could do was laugh. There were similar instances like this one when the family went on vacation, which usually ended with an immediate shortening of the trip.
When his older brother went off to college, his parents focused more of their time attempting to straighten Julian out, and they were able to decrease the number of times that he did something that would look bad for the family. They mainly did this by convincing him to try out for sports teams, and over the next few years Julian proved to be a rising star. Alas, there was a genetic monkey wrench that changed things for the Keller family as Julian developed telekinetic powers at the age of sixteen, but his parents didn’t cast him out into the streets. No, they accepted what he was, but told him not to use his powers in public. This was a mistake on their part as they should have know that Julian would do the exact opposite of what he was told, so it really shouldn’t have been a surprise when he levitated the family car while he was driving through the city.
After that incident, Julian’s parents came to the decision that they needed to put their son somewhere that was far from the public eye. It was only a few days later that they heard about a school for children like Julian, so they immediately shipped him off to the school in New York. It was there that Julian finally found a place that he could be himself to an extent, and he intends on joining the X-Men as soon as possible. Of course, he was going to have as much fun as he could until that day came, and the training that he received would help him do that.

There were three things that he knew to be true at the moment. One, it was extremely dark in this room. Two, he was bleeding from his side. Three, he was completely surrounded. With all of this in mind, Julian came to one conclusion. This wasn’t a fair fight for his attackers, but it would be fun for a moment.[/b]
”Open fire!”
